Fast Microwave Potatoes

In the follow up of theBeef Wellington I bring you a perfect side do it.

You will need:

  • 6 medium size potatoes;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt;
  • Oreganos;
  • Dry onion;
  • Dry basil;
  • Dry parsley;
  • Nut meg.
Microwave Potatoes


How to do:
1) Wash the potatoes and keep them wet (do not peel them);
2) Divide the potatoes in two (in length). Prick with a fork the skin side;
3) Whit the fork do some longitudinal marks in the sliced part;
4) Drizzle with olive oil and season it;
5) With your hands mixture everything;
6) Put it in microwave pan and by 8 minutes leave it at maximum power (+/- 800 w)
8) Take it out of the microwave and wrap the potatoes with olive oil standing in the bottom of the pan (add some more olive oil if necessary);
9) Take them to the microwave for more 5 minutes.
